What's Your Favorite Yoga Class and Why?

YogaFit offers a variety of truly unique, awesome classes and I love them all! However, if I had to pick a favorite it would be YogaBarre. This class incorporates yoga, ballet, and weights, so you get the best of all worlds! It’s a total body workout and I've seen great results; it helps with toning, increases strength and endurance, and it's super fun! As a yogi I definitely enjoy the YogaFlow classes, but YogaBarre is a great class to build muscle and challenge your body in a different way!
