Triple Berry Smoothie

 

Have you been looking for the perfect post-yoga smoothie? In this summer heat, we have the perfect recipe to help you cool down!

Ingredients:
¼ cup frozen blackberries
¼ cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup frozen raspberries
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 cups liquid (water, almond milk, etc.)

Blend all these ingredients together and enjoy. Add ¼ cup of honey for an even sweeter treat!
