Pumpkin Chai Smoothie

‘Tis the season to drink pumpkin! Pumpkin and chai paired with seasonal spices makes for a nice and warming treat. Pumpkin flavor can be a bit overwhelming to some people, which is why this doctored up smoothie recipe is perfect for everyone.

 

Ingredients

½ cup almond milk

½ cup pumpkin puree

½ cup chai tea latte concentrate 1 banana

1 tsp maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp ground ginger

1 handful ice

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
