How Badly Do You Need To Go To Yoga?

Everyone needs yoga — we know that; but just how badly do you need to do it? If you haven’t been to yoga in a while or if you have never been to yoga, this quiz is for you. Skim through this list and add up how many you said “yes” to.

 

 

You think you are too busy for yoga.

 

You sit at a desk all day.

 

You think shaving your legs replaces yoga class.

 

Your yoga mat is dusty.

 

You don’t know where your yoga mat is.

 

You have no fitness apparel in your dirty laundry.

 

You are a victim of the “Winter Blues.”

 

You are still frustrated about something that happened at work last week.

 

You have to sit down to tie your shoes.

 

You take the elevator instead of the stairs.

 

You recently asked a friend or family member to walk on your back.

 

You judge other people often… and you are well aware of that.

 

You are often stressed out.

 

You toss and turn in bed a while before falling asleep.

 

You recently overacted about something.

 

You have hit a fitness plateau.

 

You press the snooze button more than once in the morning.

 

Your yoga pants have become more like lazy Sunday pants.

You want to tone up your body.

 

 

If you said yes to five or less of these, you should probably consider scheduling a date with your mat soon. If you said yes to six to 14 of these, we recommend clearing your agenda tonight for practice. If you said yes to 15 or more, you should drop everything and go to yoga right this second!
