Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake

We know you can’t resist a delicious cinnamon shake! Now you can drink this goodness without feeling guilty. You can add protein powder if you are looking for more substance. 

 

Ingredients:

1 scoop of whey or soy vanilla protein powder

1 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 banana

1 tsp. sugar-free, fat-free, instant cheesecake pudding mix

1-2 packets Stevia

4-5 ice cubes

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
