Chocolate Banana PB Shake

The peanut butter helps you to feel full, the banana gives a creamy texture, and the chocolate gives the delicious flavor. That’s an unbeatable trio of healthy deliciousness!

 

Ingredients

1 banana

½ cup ice

¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 large spoonful peanut butter

1 – 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

½ - 1 cup almond milk

 

Directions

Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
