Caramel Apple Protein Shake

It’s that time of year again! Apples are abundant and we know you can’t resist fall’s favorite fruit. The jury is still out on how you say caramel (or carmel), but it’s still irresistible — especially when paired with apple. Throw this timeless combo in a blender with a few other items for a guilt-free meal replacer. This shake is sweet and creamy, just what your taste buds are looking for this season. 1/4 cup canned coconut milk (other milk works fine)

1 cup water

5 ice cubes

1 medium apple, diced

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp sugar-free caramel

1 tsp cinnamon

1 pinch Himalayan Salt



Pour half the water in blender and add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth and add more water until desired thickness. Enjoy immediately!
