Drinking a green smoothie on a regular basis can help to eliminate toxins, boost your immune system, clear your skin, activate weight loss, and much more!

 

Choose your greens (1 big handful)

-Spinach

-Kale

-Collard greens

-Swiss chard

-Chopped cucumber

-Romaine lettuce

 

Choose your fruit (1 cup, fresh or frozen)

-Banana (most popular)

-Apple

-Berries

-Mango

-Pear

-Peach

 

Choose your liquids (4-8 ounces)

-Almond milk

-Coconut milk

-Cow milk

-Soy milk

-Hemp milk

-Rice milk

 

Choose your superchargers

-1 scoop of your protein powder of choice)

-1 tbsp chia seeds

-1 tbsp flaxseeds

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-Splash of Coconut oil

-Pinch of ginger

 

Directions:
